How it works
Four steps to live
Open entries before round one
Robin builds the sweepstake page once the seedings drop. Entry fee £5–£15. Choose men’s, ladies’, or both draws.
Each entrant gets a random player
Robin auto-allocates a player from the 128-draw. With more entrants than players, allocations rotate and round payouts split between sharing entrants.
Round-by-round payouts
Each round triggers a payout proportional to how far the entrant’s player advances. Quarterfinals, semifinals, final all carry escalating prize tiers.
Champion jackpot at the final
Whoever drew the eventual champion takes the headline pot. Your cause’s share lands across the fortnight, not just on finals weekend.

Who it's best for
Designed for these communities
Schools (end of summer term)
Wimbledon timing overlaps with school sports days and end-of-term events. Natural staff-room and parent participation.
Tennis clubs and racquet clubs
The tennis-club fundraising staple. Pairs with club tournaments, social events and end-of-season memberships.
Workplaces and community groups
Long enough to build daily energy, short enough to maintain attention. Pimm’s socials and final-day watch parties.
Compliance notes
Specific defensible claims — no fluff.
- 18+ entry verification built in at checkout
- GDPR-compliant supporter data handling
- Stripe Connect payments with full audit trail
- Trustee-ready reporting on every sweepstake
- Sweepstakes can run as free prize draws (entry buys participation + a charitable donation, not the chance of winning) or as Small Society Lotteries where the host holds the relevant council registration — Robin configures the right route
- Play Fund Win is not affiliated with the All England Lawn Tennis Club — provided as a generic UK fundraising mechanism for fans of the Championships.
PFW is not a Gambling Commission licensed operator — formats are configured to fit either a society lottery (where the host holds a licence or registration) or a free prize draw route. Robin will pick the right one for you.
What you'll need
