Each entrant gets a random player

Robin auto-allocates a player from the 128-draw. With more entrants than players, allocations rotate and round payouts split between sharing entrants.

Round-by-round payouts

Each round triggers a payout proportional to how far the entrant’s player advances. Quarterfinals, semifinals, final all carry escalating prize tiers.

Champion jackpot at the final

Common questions

Should we run one or both singles draws?

Both works well if you have 60+ entrants — entrants get a player in each draw, double the engagement. Smaller groups (under 40) tend to do one draw to keep entries meaningful.

Do we need a licence?

Most Wimbledon sweepstakes run as free prize draws — entry is a charitable donation that buys participation. Robin sets the page up to reflect this. Larger sweepstakes may need a Small Society Lottery registration.

How does allocation work with 128 players and fewer entrants?

Robin allocates one player per entrant up to your entrant count. Unallocated players are excluded — if an unallocated player wins, the round payout rolls to the highest-finishing allocated player.

What if entrants exceed 128?

Players are shared in rotation. Round payouts for shared players split evenly between entrants holding that player.

How are round payouts scaled?

Common pattern: round-1 win = 1% of pot, round-of-32 = 2%, round-of-16 = 3%, QF = 5%, SF = 10%, final loser = 20%, champion = 40%. Robin’s wizard lets you adjust.

Are seedings communicated to entrants?

Yes — Robin’s allocation email includes the player’s seeding and current world ranking, so entrants know whether they’ve drawn a contender or an outsider.

Can the sweepstake handle middle-Sunday and rain delays?

Yes — Robin tracks results via official feeds and triggers payouts as each round officially closes, regardless of schedule changes.
