How a 100 Club works — the simple rules
Six simple rules. Everything else is detail.
Entry
One number per paid entry. Members can hold more than one number — each is a separate entry.
Price & frequency
A set monthly amount per number (e.g. £5/month), taken by card or Direct Debit on the same date each month.
The draw
A random draw on a published date each month. Winners notified and published — full audit trail.
Prizes
A fixed share of the monthly pot — typically 1st, 2nd, 3rd. The rest of the pot goes to the club.
Unsold numbers
Numbers not taken by paying members are either excluded from the draw or held by the club. Choose one policy and stick to it.
Records
Members, numbers held, monthly payments and winners — all logged automatically in your dashboard.
Do you need a licence?
A traditional 100 Club where every member pays to enter is a small society lottery. It needs to be registered with the local council, with annual returns.
Run it through Play Fund Win as a prize draw. There's always a free way to enter with the same chance of winning. That keeps it outside lottery rules — so no Gambling Commission licence, no council registration, no annual returns.
