The fundraising platform
that actually raises money.
Most platforms hand you a donation page and wish you luck. Play Fund Win gives your supporters a reason to play — and a reason to come back next month.
Below is a sourced, side-by-side look at how we compare to eleven other UK and international fundraising platforms. We didn't cherry pick — every figure comes straight from each vendor's own website (May 2026).

Built in the rooms that matter

From SporTech Nation 2025 keynotes and WebSummit features, to La Liga boardrooms and Premier League clubs — designed by Co-Founders who've stood in the dugout, not just behind a desk.
Six years. 2,500+ organisations. Multi-millions raised.
We didn't build a donation page and slap a "fundraising platform" sticker on it. We've been doing this since 2019 — through a pandemic, through scale-ups, through Wembley finals. The numbers below aren't marketing spin. They're the floor we'll be judged on.

The rooms we're trusted in
We ran the official draw at the RFL Challenge Cup Final at Wembley — and have worked with Premier League clubs and their foundations, including Manchester City in the Community, Newcastle, Crystal Palace, Brentford, Southampton, Fulham and Burnley. If we can deliver at that scale, your fundraiser is in safe hands.

What each platform actually does
A donation page is not a draw. A raffle is not a crowdfunder. Auctions are not memberships. Here's a one-paragraph reality check on each — pulled from each vendor's own materials.
PlayFundWin
A UK fundraising platform focused on prize-led fundraising for sports clubs, schools, foundations and charities. Products include 50/50 draws, club lotteries, match-day raffles, prize draws, memberships, numbered clubs, prediction games and fundraising campaigns. Per our published pricing page: the Standard plan is a 15% platform fee plus Stripe processing (1.5% + 20p) with no setup, no subscription and no contract lock-in; a grassroots pay-what-you-feel offer is available for grassroots clubs and community causes; the Enterprise plan offers custom pricing, dedicated account management, white-label options and custom APIs for organisations raising £50k+ annually. Real-time analytics dashboard included on all plans.
Pitchero (The Fundraising Club Lottery)
A UK sports-club website platform that integrates the Fundraising Club CIC Lottery — a monthly recurring lottery operated by a separate organisation. Per The Fundraising Club's own published FAQ, clubs receive 60% of each £10 ticket (£6 per month, per ticket), with The Fundraising Club CIC retaining the remaining 40% to fund prizes, operations and admin. Pitchero markets the lottery integration as 'zero cost' with 'most clubs live within 5 days.' Pitchero's own website and app subscription plans are charged separately.
My Club Lotto
A UK grassroots-sport weekly subscription lottery, operated by Gatherwell (a UK lottery operator licensed by the Gambling Commission, licence 36893), part of the Jumbo Interactive UK Group. Per the published model: tickets are £1/week recurring and the participating club keeps 60p (60%) of each ticket; the remaining 40% is retained by the lottery operator to fund prizes, administration and operator fees. Operates under the master 'My Club Lotto' brand with participating clubs appearing as 'good causes.'
Your School Lottery
A UK weekly subscription lottery specifically for schools and PTAs, operated by Gatherwell (the same lottery operator as My Club Lotto). Per the published model: tickets are £1/week recurring and the participating school keeps 65p (65%) of each ticket; the remaining 35% is retained by the operator to fund prizes, administration and operator fees. Tailored leaflets and posters created for each school. Schools obtain their own local-authority small society lottery licence with Gatherwell support.
GoFundMe
International crowdfunding platform with a strong personal-cause and community focus. UK pricing operates with no platform fee, with voluntary donor tips and standard transaction fees. GoFundMe Pro (the nonprofit product) publishes API access, prebuilt CRM integrations and reporting; readers should check which product matches their needs.
Raffall
A UK-based raffle hosting platform. Hosts can publish a raffle free of charge. Per Raffall's published terms, commission on entries is 15% on the free Basic account (10% for fundraising hosts), and 10% on the Premium (£8 + VAT/month billed annually) and Pro (£83/month billed annually) tiers. Stripe payment processing fees apply on top. If a host fails to deliver the prize, the Raffall Guarantee applies — the winner receives 75% of total ticket revenue and the host's net is £0.
Crowdfunder UK
A general-purpose UK crowdfunding platform supporting projects, charity and personal fundraisers, prize draws, sports clubs, equity rounds and community share offers. Platform fees are 0% for charity, not-for-profit and sports-club project types and 5% for for-profit projects, with VAT applied separately. Crowdfunder runs a match-funding partnership with Sport England.
JustGiving
One of the UK's longest-established donation platforms. Operates without a platform fee on donations to charities; income comes from voluntary donor contributions, payment-processing margins, Gift Aid handling and charity subscription tiers. A dedicated developer portal provides API access for donations, fundraising-page management and charity data.
Our Club Lotto
A UK club lottery platform established in 2018, providing custom-branded weekly or monthly lotteries to clubs and community organisations. Per Our Club Lotto's published FAQs: charge is a fixed 10% of turnover (including card processing and transaction fees) with no upfront fees and a £150 + VAT setup cost deducted from first online lottery proceeds. Clubs obtain their own small lotteries licence from local authority with support provided. Payments processed via Lateral Payment Systems Ltd.
Emma Live
A charity auction and event-management platform with a strong silent/live auction product and three published pricing tiers. Direct Stripe integration; published REST APIs and a range of CRM and notification integrations; Emma's own marketing describes a fully customisable front and back end. Dedicated account management is included on the Annual tier.
ClubZap
A UK and Ireland sports-club management software platform. Core product covers membership management, payments, club merchandise, event ticketing, recurring team fees and integrated fundraising (Split-the-Pot, 50/50, Draw-the-Joker). Per ClubZap's published pricing: online transaction fees from 3.75% + 10p (inc. VAT) plus a monthly fee (custom quote). Two plans — ClubZap Payments and ClubZap Engage; ClubZap Engage adds a fully branded club website and mobile app. Free training included; data stored on ISO 27001/27017/27018-compliant systems. Clubs must obtain their own lottery licence to run draws; ClubZap doesn't pay out prize money through the system.
Raise Your Game
A UK platform supporting clubs, charities and communities to host prize draws and raffles. The site lists partnerships with a number of UK clubs and foundations. Pricing, managed-service scope, dashboard detail, API and whitelabel positions are not publicly listed on their website. For accurate, current information please consult Raise Your Game directly.
We're not the right fit for everyone. Here's the truth.
If you need a one-off charity donation page, JustGiving is excellent. If you want crowdfunding a community project, Crowdfunder does it well. If your annual gala needs a silent auction, Emma Live is purpose-built for it. We say that out loud because the worst outcome for everyone is you picking the wrong tool and blaming the category.
Where Play Fund Win wins: when you want recurring, compounding revenue from supporters who already love your cause — 50/50 draws, prize draws, prediction games and memberships that run month after month. That's the engine we built. If that's what you need, talk to us — and talk to them too. Make the call with the facts in your hand.
