How it works
Four steps to live
Open entries the week before the final
Robin builds the sweepstake page once the running order is announced. Entry fee £2–£10. Set your pot structure.
Each entrant gets a random country
Robin allocates one country per entrant from the final’s competing list. If more entrants than countries, multiple entrants share a country and split the payout.
Live results on the night
Entrants gather for the show with their drawn country. Robin tracks the official results scoreboard in real time.
Payouts within 24 hours
Winner takes the headline pot. Runner-up gets a smaller share. "Nul points" booby prize goes to whoever drew the lowest-scoring country. Cause share lands in your bank.

Who it's best for
Designed for these communities
Schools and community groups
A natural mid-May fundraiser. Lower-stakes than World Cup, perfect for staff, parents and community members.
Pubs and members clubs
Eurovision watch parties are already a cultural fixture. A sweepstake transforms it into a fundraiser without changing the vibe.
Workplaces and team socials
A Friday-evening office team-builder. Low buy-in, high entertainment, raises a few hundred pounds for a chosen cause.
Compliance notes
Specific defensible claims — no fluff.
- 18+ entry verification built in at checkout
- GDPR-compliant supporter data handling
- Stripe Connect payments with full audit trail
- Trustee-ready reporting on every sweepstake
- Sweepstakes can run as free prize draws (entry buys participation + a charitable donation, not the chance of winning) or as Small Society Lotteries where the host holds the relevant council registration — Robin configures the right route
- Play Fund Win is not affiliated with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) — provided as a generic UK fundraising mechanism for fans of the Contest.
PFW is not a Gambling Commission licensed operator — formats are configured to fit either a society lottery (where the host holds a licence or registration) or a free prize draw route. Robin will pick the right one for you.
