The full terms of our limited-time onboarding offer for new clients.
1. The promoter
The promotion is offered by Play Fund Win ("we", "us"), the digital prize-draw fundraising platform at playfundwin.com.
2. The offer
Eligible new clients who complete onboarding while this promotion is live pay a 0% Play Fund Win platform fee for 12 months from sign-up (the date onboarding is completed). After the 12-month period, our standard platform fee of 5% applies. We will remind you before the promotional period ends.
3. Offer period
The offer is live from 16 July 2026 and runs for a limited time. We may withdraw the offer for new sign-ups at any time; withdrawal will not affect clients who have already onboarded under the promotion, whose 12-month 0% period is honoured in full.
4. Eligibility
The offer is available to new clients only — organisations that do not hold, and have not previously held, a Play Fund Win host account. The offer excludes Enterprise clients: custom-built fundraising websites and larger-scale integrations, which are priced separately. All other plans and client types are eligible. We reserve the right to verify eligibility.
5. Payment processing fees
Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe on every transaction and are not covered by this promotion. Stripe's standard fee for UK consumer cards is 1.5% + 20p per transaction; other card types (for example EU or international cards) carry higher Stripe rates. These fees go to Stripe, not to Play Fund Win.
6. Draw page build
As part of onboarding under this promotion, our team will build your branded draw page for you at no cost — you supply your branding, prize details and imagery, and we set up the page ready to go live.
7. General
There is no cash alternative to any element of this offer. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless we state otherwise in writing. Our standard terms and policies continue to apply, including age-verification and responsible-play requirements. These promotion terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
